These terms cover the Kaya Cited website and any Kaya Cited game that links to them. Our games are currently in development; game-specific sections apply when those games become available.
1. About these terms
Kaya Cited LLC (“Kaya Cited”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates kayacited.com and makes games for mobile app stores. These terms are between you and Kaya Cited LLC. These terms explain the conditions for using this website and our games that reference them. If a game provides additional terms, those terms also apply to that game. Your use is also subject to applicable law and the relevant app store’s terms.
Our games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. If you are under the legal age of adulthood where you live, involve a parent or guardian before using a game or making purchases. Individual store age ratings and regional requirements may impose additional restrictions.
2. Using our services
Use our website and games lawfully and in a way that respects other people and their rights. Do not attempt to disrupt our services, introduce harmful code, gain unauthorized access, exploit gameplay or payment systems, or use our content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
Any permission to use a game is for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the applicable app store licence and any game-specific licence. These terms do not restrict activities permitted by mandatory law.
3. Games and local progress
Our planned games do not require a Kaya Cited account and do not provide Kaya Cited cloud saves. Progress, settings, and in-game currency balances are intended to be stored on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling a game, losing or replacing a device, or device failure may cause that data to be lost. Do not assume local progress can be recovered or transferred.
A device or operating system may offer its own backup features. Their availability and operation are controlled by that provider. Restoring a purchase through an app store does not necessarily restore locally saved gameplay progress.
4. Advertising, purchases, and virtual items
Our planned games may display advertising and offer optional in-app purchases. Any price and purchase conditions must be shown before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, and its payment and refund rules apply alongside your legal rights.
In-game currency and virtual items are for use within the relevant game. They have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged outside the game unless explicitly permitted. Purchase restoration depends on the purchase type and the app store’s supported features; consumable items and local progress may not be restorable.
Advertisements and linked services are provided by third parties. Interacting with them may take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for the planned advertising and purchase services.
5. Content and ownership
The Kaya Cited name, website, game content, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights remain with Kaya Cited LLC or the relevant rights holders. Access to the website or a game does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
You may view and use this website for its intended purposes. You must obtain permission before commercially reproducing or distributing protected content, except where the law allows otherwise. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Availability and your rights
We may update, change, or discontinue website content or game features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation. The availability of games, features, and purchases may vary by device, platform, and region.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any changes affecting paid content remain subject to applicable consumer protection law and app store rules.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required by applicable law.
